Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in coaching, hypnotherapy, or live services (e.g., workshops, group hypnosis, private sessions).

If it is discovered that a client does not meet these age requirements, access will be revoked and any payments refunded.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order with Emotional Alchemist Ltd confirms your full acceptance of these terms. All services and products are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include applicable UK VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price that will apply.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-orders. Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and must be completed via a valid debit or credit card. Emotional Alchemist Ltd does not store or process card information directly.

6. Delivery and Access

Digital products and courses are delivered via email or online account access. Please ensure your email address is accurate.
Physical products (if offered) are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Emotional Alchemist Ltd is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, no refunds are issued once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated. Coaching and private services may have specific cancellation or refund terms outlined during booking.
