Clients must be 16 years or older to access digital products and educational content.
Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in coaching, hypnotherapy, live sessions, workshops, or private services.

If it is discovered that a client does not meet these age requirements, access may be revoked and payments refunded at the sole discretion of Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
All products and services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (e.g. GBP, USD, AED).
Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC is a UAE-registered entity and does not charge UK VAT.

Prices may change at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC does not store or process card details directly.

6. Delivery and Access

Digital products and courses are delivered via email and/or online account access.
Live sessions or events are delivered online or at the specified location communicated at the time of purchase.
Physical products (if offered) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable content, and immediately accessible services, all sales are final once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.

Refund or cancellation terms for coaching, private sessions, or live services may be outlined separately at the point of booking.
